If you don’t have any experience with ordering a band, then it is a good idea to carefully read the text below. There you will find the answers to your questions and get valuable directions, how to order and what to take into account before ordering.

Questions, which are worth answering before organizing an event.

• How long do want the band to perform?
• Is your event an indoor or outdoor event? If it is an outdoor event, have possible change of weather taken into account?
• Does the band have enough space to perform and do dancers have enough room to dance?
• Is the stage in use by other performers besides the band?
• Is your electrical system powerful enough?
• What happens between band performances? Who is responsible for music or action between the band’s performances?
• What happens when the band finishes it`s performance, will the party continue and do you need sound equipment?
• Do You use sound equipment to lead (speeches, host`s microphone, performances of other artists etc.) your event?

Some suggestions

• Always think through, which music should be played at your event. On an important day, like weddings or birthday, music which suits best should be played. Of course, on your wedding or birthday, your own wish is most important, but still you should take music taste of your guests into account.
• If your event is held outdoors, then make sure that band is performing under a solid waterproof roof.
• Sound equipment needs good electricity. Fluctuation of voltage damages sound equipment may put an end to your party much sooner than you would like.
• If want there to be music playing between band performances, then make a list of proper music and rent sound equipment. Also you could let us know about that, so we can take our own CD-player with us. Besides that, you can order a DJ from us. DJ’s have their own equipment and music.
• It is good to predefine the band`s task at your party, also, how does it sound and also exact time of the beginning and end of the band play.
• It might happen that the band may not know every single track you would like to hear. So, if you would like to hear some substantial song, then it is good to talk it over with the band before event, to be sure.

When the band has placed its equipment on the stage, then it is quite difficult to move it. So, if there is anybody else besides the band, who would like to use the stage, then you should take that into account when placing the band’s equipment.
