Two men can easily replace any big band and make an audience dance and sing along. Energetic voice and good instrumental parts makes every celebration a pleasant experience.
Compact was founded in 1996. It was founded when big groups were disintegrating and smaller bands were founded. Singer and guitarist Olev Mäe is from band called MÜNT and keyboard player Meelis Ots is from group called SILVER. Because both of them are experienced musicians, starting Compact was quite smooth. At first, they were playing only in Lääne-Virumaa, but later they started to play in whole Estonia, from Saaremaa to Narva.
They are playing at weddings and birthdays, in pubs and restaurants, and also on corporate events and folk parties.
Compact has quite wide repertory, so they can always find a proper track for every taste.
Music varies from 1950-s Rock Roll to country and disco.
